- Monitor children's progress and provide regular feedback to parents or guardians
- Collaborate with other Daycare Workers to ensure a cohesive learning environment
- Maintain accurate records of each child's attendance, progress, and any incidents that may occur
- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding their child's daily activities, progress, and any concerns that may arise
